The California room is structured much like a living room, including a pool table on one side and ample seating on the other. This high-end outdoor remodel even includes a TV for viewing outside! A warm tile keeps the floors easy to clean and creates a seamless transition from the dining room right inside and the outdoor seating area. For chillier nights, the owners opted for a fireplace as well. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for entertaining day or night.
A strip of grass extends from end to end, creating a natural barrier between the California room and the pool. One end leads to an outside bar area with seating, prep space, and more, while the other ends in a putting green for a round of casual golf or some practice. The bar area leads to a giant chessboard for another source of entertainment. More seating is available, too, for enjoying the outdoors.
A small staircase leads down to a seating area around a concrete fireplace. This offers another cozy aspect and is a great focal point for those looking to have a good conversation or enjoy being poolside.
The pool takes up the far end of the property and has several water features that provide ambiance and a touch of luxury to the design. One of the water features is a waterfall, which provides ambiance through lighting and sound. It also helps designate the different areas of the backyard. Lights are installed throughout the pool to provide visibility during the evenings.
Behind the main backyard area are a basketball court, more places to spend time outside, and stairs leading down into another part of the landscaping area.
