Calming neutrals, tactile stone, and gleaming Kohler Purist fixtures in Vibrant™ Brushed Gold create an elegant backdrop, while a sculptural freestanding tub is perfectly positioned to soak up both water and panoramic views. Every finish balances timeless style with everyday indulgence.

Hear From the Homeowners, Video Testimonial
Before scrolling further, take a moment to see the remodel through the clients’ eyes. In this short interview, the homeowners share why they felt it was time for a refresh after 25 years, how our design team made a sea of choices feel effortless, and which new features, especially the view-side soaking tub, turned their everyday routine into a spa-like escape. If you’re considering a remodel, their candid feedback on communication, craftsmanship, and the overall experience offers an authentic preview of what working with Kaminskiy can feel like.
A Load-Bearing Surprise Behind the Linen Tower
The homeowners dreamed of a larger walk-in shower, so the initial plan called for removing a slim linen cabinet to steal that square footage. Once demolition began, we uncovered hidden load-bearing framing that made eliminating the tower structurally and financially impractical. Enlarging the shower in the original way would have ballooned costs and risked the room’s natural balance.
Reimagine the Tower, Refine the Shower
Instead of forcing an expensive structural change, we pivoted: the linen cabinet became a sleek, floor-to-ceiling built-in with adjustable roll-outs, echoing the vanity’s blond-maple detailing. The shower footprint remained intact, but a fresh layering of pebble mosaic, Japandi slat tile, and glossy neutrals transformed it into a focal spa zone. The result preserves symmetry, protects the budget, and still delivers the open, luxurious feel the clients wanted.
